Construction of Spring Valley Lutheran Church has begun. Knodel Contractors began excavating and site preparation on Tuesday, September 14th. According to Kelly Knodel, the site would be ready for the next stage, pouring of the cement foundation in a couple of days. General Contractor for the project is Peska Construction Inc. of Sioux Falls.
